About Us

Skoghall is one of Folktandvården Värmland's larger clinics, with its 12 treatment rooms.

We are 31 employees taking care of 5,690 adult patients and 4,490 children and young people. The clinic offers care in general dentistry as well as extended surgery, nitrous oxide treatment, and dental care in the municipality's nursing homes. Here, you will work within your entire competence and with both child and adult patients.

We work according to the work model 7 – 19, where we alternate between morning and afternoon shifts. There is always someone to ask for help, and a good atmosphere and collaboration prevail within and between all professional categories. There are individual development opportunities and the chance to work with a distributed workload. Every year, there are opportunities to take courses and participate in various networks. Job Description

We are looking for someone who, in your profession as a dentist, enjoys working with team dentistry and treating your own patients, both children and adults. You will work with distributed examinations together with a dental hygienist and nurse, and if interested, there is also the opportunity for an extended division of labor.

With us, there are good opportunities to work variably within the entire dentist's competence area, from fillings and simpler orthodontics to larger prosthetics and surgery. If you would like to specialize in a specific area and act as a local referral instance, that is also something we at Folktandvården Värmland view positively.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist. If you are at the beginning of your career as a dentist or are in your final semester of your education, you are welcome to apply for the position. You have good collaboration skills and are calm, attentive, and accommodating. In your work, you are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards, placing great importance on meeting these.

About Us

Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland and has 17 general dental clinics, distributed across 24 different units – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. Additionally, there are clinics in all specialist areas that treat patients on referral. We are a forward-looking organization with quality and competence in focus.
